  So I ordered my food to go in line after a girl
  In front of me had a similar name. When they called my name and I went to pick it up I did not look at the ticket. They gave me the food to someone else's order and of course I didn't notice it till I went home. I was soooooo agitated and went to take it back. As soon as I walked in the lady at the cash register grabbed someone else to man it. She apologized up and down and felt so bad. You could tell she was genuine. I immediately felt relieved and very respected. She gave me the food I took home, my order she tried to give to someone else, and made me fresh food. She was so so sweet! I felt bad for getting upset in the first place. I have never had someone treat me like that before at a restaurant. I am definitely going to come back here.

  Recently, N&C began serving their beef stroganoff with ground up steak instead of sliced chunks. It made it look like my steak had been pre-chewed. The mouth feel was just not the same. The sauce was still fantastic, however, I am not sure I will ever order that again.
