  As a lover and frequent eater of Cancun Mexican grill I can honestly say I've never been more dissatisfied with them. My boyfriend and I went out for a lunch date. He ordered a el guapo sampler plate when he received his order every item was soggy and all of his food was listed as fried items. When I nicely asked them to return it to the kitchen the waiter gave us a dirty look and the rest of the time we were there he ignored us. I talked to the manager who told us that the food he ordered always came that way and that it was more of a wet plate than a fried plate because the items are too juicy. I said that's fine but the menu is missleading so he didn't eat it and we wanted it removed from our bill. He said that because he ate part of one burrito he would not refund it. This is thee worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant ever. If I could I would give them zero stars unfortunately I don't have that option. That's the first time I haven't tipped a server and hopefully the last. Server was rude and so was the manager!
